Following these diet forms can be quick, but at the same time, are hazardous to our mind and body. Unhealthy and junk food intake such as diet burgers, pizzas may make us slim but at the same time may cause heart attack, low blood pressure, stroke; it also reduces the blood count in our bodies, which is normally referred to as Anemia in general terms. Quick slimming and dieting ways, may bring temporary outputs but dieting if continued, the unhealthy way, has great chances of not only affecting our body, but, it also affects one’s psyche. Improper food intake may irritate an individual even in smallest of situations, easy distraction, lack of concentration at work or in studies, lack of energy to do any kind of physical or mental activities are some effects that dieting has on an individual. In case of boredom, fear and pressure people following the crash diet tend to eat more than the normal and in this manner they easily get prone to issues related to weigh gain.
For the matter of fact, such a kind of dieting may cause mental and physical ill-health. So, for all those who have tried and expect others not to follow you, can show your medical reports and discuss with them and tell that crash dieting isn’t good.
Overall it is very important to have a balanced diet and follow a healthy diet plan that includes fruits, vegetables, food, juices and exercises. It is high time that people believe, “It is not the slim that is in but it is the fit and the slim together that should be in”.
